Born in Brazil, I moved to the United States in 1996 where I lived in Boston for 15 years. In 2011, I moved to Orlando to pursue my first degree at Full Sail University. Having since completed my bachelor’s degree, I decided to stay! I fell in love with the area. The atmosphere, the climate, the culture, and the people, all lead me to plant roots in the ‘city beautiful.’ Since then, I have become a real estate agent and dedicated myself in helping others plant their own roots by means of real estate.
My specialty is in the procurement and negotiation of both home purchasing and sales. Particular markets of interest include first time homebuyers, second-homes, luxury homes, and new development homes. Buying real estate can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be! I have worked with countless clients and have many successful transactions under my belt, exemplifying the efficiency and success of my process. I have joined more than 4,000 real estate professionals who have earned the RSPS certification. REALTORS® who receive the RSPS certification have successfully completed the Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS) Certification Course. Through this certification, I now join other real estate professionals who specialize in buying, selling, or managing second-homes in a resort, recreational, and/or vacation destination and properties for investment, development, or retirement.
